We do not develop or own third-party applications such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, XCIPTV, SmartOne, Set IPTV, or other IPTV players. We only provide the IPTV login details.

2. Use of Service

• Not share, resell, or redistribute your IPTV line without authorization
• Provide accurate information about your device and contact details
• Have a stable, high-speed internet connection for IPTV streaming

Any abuse, account sharing, or unauthorized reselling may result in immediate suspension of your subscription without refund.

3. Availability & Maintenance

We always work to restore service as quickly as possible. Short interruptions do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

Once your subscription is activated and login details are delivered, the purchase is considered final. Our Refund Policy applies to all orders.

5. Third-Party Applications

Many customers use IBOO IPTV with external players (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, XCIPTV, etc.). These apps are not owned or controlled by IBOO IPTV.

We can guide you on how to install and configure these apps, but we are not responsible for bugs, updates, pricing, or policy changes made by the app developers.

6. Limitation of Liability

IBOO IPTV cannot be held responsible for problems caused by:

• Slow or unstable internet connection on your side
• ISP blocking or traffic shaping
• Incompatible devices, TVs, or outdated apps
• VPN misconfiguration or firewall restrictions

In no event shall IBOO IPTV be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
